Life is so great! A huge snowstorm that left the tree branches bowing over, and the sun rising above the mountain and peaking through the fluffy clouds makes me realize how marvelous life is.
I had the pleasure of walking my children to the bus stop. I put on my snow shoes to blaze a trail in the snow for the kids. When I take the everyday opportunities to do these kinds of things and I slow down and notice the wonderful things in and around my life, I am so much happier. I will go through my day full of joy now!
Take a moment out for yourself and fill it with something you enjoy, even if it’s just for ten minutes, and bring some pleasure into your life. You deserve it.
